Sherron arrived at the photo session wearing yoga pants and a super girl t-shirt. Ready for her make-over, Sherron wore no makeup and had her clean, dry hair pulled into a pony tail.
We amiably chatted as Sherron had make-up professionally applied and her hair curled. Sherron did not bring clothes with her opting to wear selections available from the studio's wardrobe rack. Do you know the thrill of raiding your sister's or friend's closet? It's the same exhilarating feeling of digging for clothing treasure and finding something perfect to wear out for a night on the town.
When Sherron entered the room wearing the red floor-length, one-shoulder gown, I nearly gasped. There's no two ways about it. Without a doubt, Sherron made what I call a va-voom entrance. It's one of those times when the client should buy the dress when the photo shoot is over because it fits perfectly and she looks like a million dollars wearing it.
The photo session was for Sherron's own edification. She wanted to do something for herself since she gives so much to her family and career. A woman deserves to be pampered and feel like the best version of herself. To have that feeling captured in a photograph is a gift that she can give to herself, and the archival-quality print is a coveted heirloom that she will pass on to her sons. What son or daughter wouldn't want a legacy photograph like this of his or her mother?
