I started working with Lauren when I sought clarity related to setting business and personal goals for the new year. Those sessions were so helpful that I decided to continue working with Lauren on a weekly basis over the course of the next year. Lauren is my accountability partner to make sure I stay on track with meeting (or exceeding) the goals I set for myself.
As Susan Hyatt observes, "Busy is not synonymous with growth." Setting aside time to meet with Lauren is helping me be intentional with my life, to focus on what I want, and to move forward with confidence.
