#2 of 50: Nancy Jones

Coach | Trainer | Speaker | Neuroencoding Specialist

Crossroads Coaching and Career Counseling, LLC

Nancy’s favorite era was the late sixties and early seventies. A big draw for her was the music. Nancy is a self-subscribed Beatles fanatic. She saved her money to buy their first album, “Please Please Me.” She recalls that the album was $3.96. And well worth her hard-earned cash. If she had a time machine she’d set it to go to Bethel, New York on August 15, 1969 so she could attend Woodstock for all three days. Nancy appreciates the counterculture movement of the time, “It wasn’t so much about the people bringing about the change, the movement was about making the country better and making life for everyone better.”

The same sentiment applies to her coaching practice. Since establishing Crossroads Coaching & Career Counseling, LLC. 2011, Nancy has helped her clients to find harmony in their day to day lives. Nancy has a lot of tools in her tool belt to help her clients, including a B.A. in Sociology, 3 Masters Degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Evaluation and Adult Education. She is also an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team earning certifications in The Maxwell Method, a proven system for helping people develop their skills for professional advancement. In 2021 she became certified with The Neuroencoding Institute, which she’s really excited about. Chat her up to learn more about how to reprogram your brain when certain habits aren’t serving you.

“I keep saying that since I’ve turned 50, that every year thereafter has been the best year. I’m working in my higher purpose, which is helping people get the best from themselves,” Nancy said.
